This policy explains how we process personal data collected through www.agenceclaudine.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY

Brief / contact form. First name, last name, email, company or brand, talent needed, dates and location, and the content of your brief. Purpose: answering your request and preparing a collaboration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

Newsletter. Your email address. Purpose: sending our newsletter (our talents, collaborations and what we are looking at). Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by a double opt-in email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.

Audience measurement. Browsing data collected by Google Analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, source of visit). Purpose: understanding how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. No analytics cookie is set if you decline.

We do not collect sensitive data and we never sell or rent your data.

3. RETENTION PERIODS

Brief and contact requests: 3 years from our last exchange, unless a collaboration follows (contractual data is then kept for the legal retention periods).
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Google Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum; associated data: 14 months.
Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.

4. RECIPIENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Your data is only accessible to Claudine and to the service providers strictly necessary to run this site, acting on our instructions:

Webflow, Inc. (United States) – website hosting and form submissions.
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) – newsletter sending and subscriber management.
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC – Google Analytics, only with your consent, and professional email.

5. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Some providers (Webflow, Google) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. COOKIES

When you first visit the site, a banner asks for your consent before any analytics cookie is set. Accepting and declining are equally simple.

Strictly necessary: technical storage of your cookie choice (cl_consent, 6 months) and Webflow security cookies. These do not require consent.
Audience measurement (subject to consent): Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* (13 months maximum).

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Declining removes existing analytics cookies.

7. SECURITY

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting and restricted access.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@agenceclaudine.com. We answer within one month.
